Proofing & Approval: State that mockups or proofs (if provided) must be approved promptly.

Natural Materials Variations: For wood, leather, or stone, explicitly state that natural wood grain, color tone, knots, or slight variations are unique features of handcrafted materials and do not constitute a defect.

Intellectual Property: State that customers must own or have permission to use any custom logos, artwork, or trademarks they submit for engraving. You reserve the right to decline trademarked/copyrighted requests.
